In the Regional Unit of Pella, the University of Western Macedonia in cooperation with the Municipal Water Supply and Sewterage Company of Almopia is preparing a special hydrogeological – hydrochemical study for the assessment of the presence of arsenic and other pollutant parameters in groundwater and surface water systems of the region.
