In Kimolos, the Municipality of Kimolos, in cooperation with the Agricultural University of Athens and the Norwegian company VISTA ANALYSE increases the water supply with the construction of a Reverse Osmosis Desalination Plant. The plant is an extension of the existing desalination plant and is powered by a photovoltaic system while it incorporates an innovative Brine Treatment Unit.
