  • Municipality of Souli
  • National Kapodistrian University of Athens (EKPA), Department of Geology and Geo-environment
  • University of Western Macedonia -Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering
  • Norwegian University of life Sciences in collaboration with the Oslo Water Supply Company

OBJECTIVES

  • Supply, installation, and commissioning of three (3) local monitoring and control stations of quantitative and qualitative water parameter
  • Development of hydraulic modeling
  • Development of virtual sensors for the management of hidden leaks in the water supply network
  • Development of a decision-making support application

RESULTS

  • Rational and sustainable management of water resources
  • Early detection of leaks and their immediate treatment
  • Minimization of the amount of water that leaks and is wasted
